Addis Ababa (Cakaaranews). Friday 13th October, 2017. FDRE Prime Minister H.E Hailemariam Desalegn has received and welcomed in his office a large delegation led by US Senator James Inhofe. Accordingly, US delegations who visited Ethiopia several times and provided support regarding the development initiations of the country had participated this meeting with the highest leaders of the country such as vice prime minister,the foreign affairs minister, the 9 regional states chief administers including ESRS president Abdi Mohamoud Omar and others.

During the meeting Senator Inhofe said that Ethiopia has registered impressive economic growth which could be taken as a model for other African states. He also appreciated the existing peace and stability in Ethiopia.

According to Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. Workneh Gebeyehu, Premier Hailemariam for his part expressed gratitude for the support the United States has been extending to Ethiopia in its efforts to pacify the region. (cited from EBC).Image may be NSFW.
