Jigjiga(Cakaaranews) Friday 13th October 2017. ESRS president H.E Abdi Mahamoud Omer has returned back to Jigjiga after he has successfully completed the important activities and Participated the meetings that he went to Addiss Ababa yesterday. Therefore, the president has departed this morning from addisababa and now arrive at Jigjiga city of ESRS.
